About Benjamin Links Overview Our services include direct personalized programs for each child and their family as well as outreach educational programs to inform the community about Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). Benjamin Links is represented by a multilingual and diverse team committed to providing quality outreach and services to children with ASD and their families and community. Please support us through your financial contributions or through volunteer work. Both opportunities to get involved are available on this site. Principal Staff Van Kober, BA, MA, BCBA Director of Services Internationally recognized, Van Kober has designed programs for families of children with ASD throughout the United States in states as diverse as California, Hawaii and Indiana. Recently she developed and managed programs and training for families in Malaysia and is currently developing training for professionals in India. In addition to her work here with Benjamin Links, she works as the Behavior Specialist on an interdisciplinary team at Children's Hospital Oakland Autism Intervention Program and with a number of California school districts including Evergreen, Milpitas, Campbell and Los Gatos. Mrs. Kober studied at UCLA with Dr. Ivar Lovaas and Dr. B.J. Freeman. Her graduate and post-graduate work was at SFSU with Dr. Adriana Schuler and at UCSF with Dr. Bryna Siegel. As described in Our Story, it was through Mrs. Kober's work with children with ASD where Benjamin Links found it's inspiration and beginnings. Board and Executive Team T.
